BibleSpark ("App") is a spiritual practice application. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related content or features (collectively, "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using BibleSpark, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BibleSpark is intended for individuals aged 13 or older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
BibleSpark currently does not require you to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your device, operating system, and network connection when accessing the App. If we introduce optional account-based features in the future, additional terms may apply.

Your use of BibleSpark is also governed by the BibleSpark Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information—including the limited use of the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for analytics and attribution. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and materials available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, are owned by or licensed to the provider of BibleSpark and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
BibleSpark may incorporate third-party tools or SDKs (for example, analytics or attribution services) to help us understand how the App is used and to improve performance. These providers act on our behalf and are subject to the BibleSpark Privacy Policy.
BibleSpark does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid services. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and provide applicable purchase terms before any charges occur.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The content in BibleSpark is intended for general informational or inspirational purposes and is not professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider of BibleSpark and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of BibleSpark, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, which is currently zero.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BibleSpark at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using BibleSpark at any time by deleting the application from your device.
We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of BibleSpark after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
